Transfers...oh, we have Transfers! (coming in!)

There have been various media reports and Twitter tweets about three MBB players from other D-1 schools transferring in to Long Beach State to start the spring semester.  According to poster "Regis" on the message board, all three have enrolled.  They are:

1.  Keala King, Soph., G/F, 6' 5", 210 lbs, Compton, CA.
     Career scoring high at Arizona State:  25pts vs Wake Forest, 11/25/2011.
     2011-12 stats:  13.7 pts, 4.9 rebs, 3.3 ast, 51% FG, 39% 3pt.
     Played mostly PG this season.  Should be eligible to play after Fall 2012 semester.

2.  Tony Freeland, Jr., F, 6' 7", 227 lbs, Los Angeles.
     Redshirted this season at DePaul recovering from a shoulder injury. Should be eligible to start the 2012-13 season.
     Averaged 9.6 pts and 5 rebounds over 31 games last season, starting eight.
     Related to Larry Anderson.  Reportedly ransferring to help with ailing grandmother.

3.  Edgar Garibay, RSoph., C, 6' 10", 250 lbs, Compton, CA.
     Played parts of past three seasons at LMU.  Redshirted Freshman year after suffering a knee injury 7 games into the season.
     Averaged 4.2 pts and 3.7 rebs over 37 game career at LMU.
     May not be eligible until Fall of 2013 due to already using redshirt year.
